we absolutely loved our stay at this place in playa del carmen. after a disappointing previous accommodation, casa fausta exceeded our expectations. the apartment had everything we needed, including a cute little kitchen for making breakfast. the bed was super comfy, and the location was perfect with great cafes and supermarkets nearby.
Terrace access difficult.

Had a great stay at Casa Fausta! The complex was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, shopping facilities, and the lively 5th avenue. Our host/manager was always available to assist us, and the room itself was quiet and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. a highly recommended property for your stay in this area.

The value for money at Casa Fausta was excellent! The room was well equipped, clean, and modern with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from 5th Avenue, with laundry and supermarkets nearby. The host was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed throughout our stay.
The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious apartment that provided us with much-needed comfort and relaxation. The apartment was bright and well-furnished, offering ample storage space and good lighting. The bed was firm and provided a restful night's sleep. We appreciated the convenience of the apartment's location, being close to the beach and the bustling 5th Avenue. having a grocery store, laundry service, and pharmacy within walking distance was a huge plus.
We did face a few drawbacks during our stay. being on the first level, the apartment was quite noisy due to the street traffic, even during the night.

Great location for exploring town on foot, with easy access to shops and the beach. Kitchenette and bottled water provided. Internet works well. Screens in doors and windows and ceiling fans kept the room cool without needing air conditioning.
Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. The value for money was excellent, and the room was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the beach and the popular 5th Avenue. The staff, especially Sergio, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made our stay even better was if the breakfast offerings were more varied.

We stayed at a fantastic apartment in a safe area, really close to the centre and just a short walk to the big tourist strip. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the lively shops, bars, and beautiful beaches. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy outside area. We also appreciated the efficient communication and helpfulness of the owner. The whole experience was great, and we especially enjoyed the close proximity to all the main attractions.
Some noise in the morning, which made it a bit challenging to sleep in.
